unregisterPlugin - 注销插件
void unregisterPlugin(string type,
string name);该函数将注销通过registerPlugin()注册的插件。 参数如下：
type defines the type of the plugin. Valid values are "function", "block", "compiler" and "modifier".
name defines the name of the plugin.
